1) Once you have entered a License ID and Password, edit the
Draft as many times as you wish. To print, click the "Print" icon on the Acrobat
menu.
Note: If you cannot complete all your changes on-line, use the "Save As"
function on the Acrobat Reader menu bar. This will save changes to your hard
drive in a PDF file. This file may be opened with Acrobat Reader.
2) To print the Final Version, click the "Options" button and select
"Make Final Copy."
3) When you are ready to print the Final version, click "Options," and
select "Make Final Copy." You will be reconnected to the Internet site to
complete your form. A Final version of the form appears on the screen. An
e-mail of the file will be forwarded immediately. The Final version can be
printed but cannot be edited.
Make your changes before clicking the "Make
Final Copy."
Note: You can retrieve the Draft for 30 days. If you do not print the Final
Version, it will be deleted from the server. A reminder e-mail will be sent after 20 days. Ten days
later the form will be deleted from the web site.
Resubmitting a form
The e-mail of the Final Version has a "PDF" file of the completed form. To start
a new form with the same data, open your Final form online using the "Find My
Form" link on the main page. Hit "Options", then "Start new form with same
data".
