The variable fields of the form are shown in gray!
1. Fill in the form fields using your keyboard. Move from field to field down
the form with the TAB key. Move up with the SHIFT-TAB key. As with the printed
forms you cannot change the boilerplate. This is intentional, so that people can
continue to rely on the consistency of the text they expect in Blumberg forms.
Note: To clear a form of previous or unwanted data, you may use the "Clear"
button to empty all the fields on the form.
2. You can change copy in any field prior to printing.
3. When you are ready to print a draft, click "Purchase Form" at the top or
bottom of the form.
4. The "Purchase Form" screen appears (Purchase Print Access Account screen).
5. Purchase a License ID and a Password and enter it into the appropriate
locations on this screen. Enter any of the additional information and press the
"Get Form" button or hit the "Enter Key" on your keyboard.
6. You will then be presented with the Draft version of your form. From here may
change or add data, print as many copies as you like, e-mail copies to
associates, add addendum's etc.
7. To save your changed information use the "Options" button to select Save and
Return.
8. To finish the form, use the "Options" button and select "Make Final".
Note: After making the final version of the form, you can not change the
information in the form.
